The data, advice, product specifications, job details, and changes in service by Anuradha Enterprises Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter called “the Company”) are made on trust and are believed to be correct as of the date of issue. They are, however, provided as mere guidelines and shall not be interpreted as the Company’s liability to warrant, guarantee or assure the same.
Product Use and Application
Company products and services are done with the idea that professional and experienced users will handle them.
The efficacy of protective coatings is intrinsically linked to surface treatment, environmental conditions during application, and strict adherence to the set procedures.
Product and/or service users must ascertain that the products are compatible with the substrates, isolated, and purposed correctly, as well as being capable of withstanding the particular environmental conditions under which they are used, besides attaining the desired technical results.
The Company shall be relieved of any and all responsibilities for the results if its products are not used in strict conformity with the instructions for application, professional standards, and under proper environmental conditions.
Limitations of Liability
The Company shall not be liable in any way for a direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expenses due to the users’ employing, misusing, or not being able to use the products or services.
Differences in substrate conditions, exposure environments, application methods, and maintenance practices are some factors that the Company cannot control; therefore, they do not assume any results in return, whether explicitly or implicitly.
In addition, minor differences in color, texture, and finish between batches of products, as well as arising from application and substrate, are to be expected. The Company will not be held responsible for such fluctuations in appearance.
Health, Safety, and Environment-friendly Practices
Knowledge, comprehension, and following of product safety data sheets (SDS) and product handling instructions are mandatory for use.
The user must unconditionally and fully guarantee that the respective occupational health and safety standards, regulations, and processes are completely adhered to during the processes of storage, handling, mixing, and application.
Moreover, waste generated from unused products, containers, and coatings should be discarded solely in accordance with the environmental regulations of the locality.
The Company will not be responsible for any misuses, unsafe handling, or improper disposal of the products.
Intellectual Property
Product names, trade names, service marks, and logos referred to are the intellectual property of the respective owners. Any form of reproduction or unauthorized use of them is not allowed.
Amendments and Updates
The Company can, at any time and without any obligation to communicate in advance, update, modify, or discontinue any product, advice, or service. Users are recommended to consult the latest documents and specifications prior to purchasing or using the product.
Jurisdiction
This disclaimer will be interpreted and its provisions will be resolved in compliance with the laws of New Delhi. Any conflicts that may be encountered beneath this shall be under the control of the courts of New Delhi, which have the exclusive jurisdiction.
